  • User details For us to contact you about your account with us, or (unless you opt out at any time) to send you newsletters or bulletins by e-mail. In addition, we may make you aware of our new offers, services and events.
  • Medical details We just host your details, ie we do not use them for our own purposes. We hold the details so you can use them or let other people, such as your family or medical advisers. • Financial Details For us to obtain your payments.
  • Correspondence For us to correspond with you.
  • Site usage To help us administer the Site and improve the Site and our services.

Use by others We may sometimes disclose your details to other persons:

  • Generally We need to use service providers, such as someone to host the Site, who may need to use your details. We will appoint those persons as data processors. They must only use your details if authorised or instructed by us. They cannot use the data for their own purposes, or any other purpose not authorised by you. They must keep the data secure.
  • User details Only in exceptional circumstances, or (if you opt in at any time) to carefully selected business associates or organisations for them to send you details of their offers, services and events that may be of interest to you and relevant to your health. You can withdraw your consent for this at any time, by emailing us at: support@mymedicalprofile.co.uk.
  • Medical details If you instruct us to let other people see or use the details. Also, if we need to use technical service providers to help us with updating, testing or maintaining our systems. Otherwise, only in exceptional circumstances, or in anonymised form.
